Problems with Photograph Size
« on: April 24, 2006, 05:41:31 PM »
Hi everyone

I'm new to COL and in fact to using forums.  I've been trying to post some pictures, so I opened a photobucket account as suggested. I uploaded the photo's without any problem but when I add them to the post they are huge.  I've tried resizing on photobucket and by using Paintshop, however when I upload them again and post them they huge again.  >:D  I'm going round in circles getting nowhere! >:D

Can anyone help resolve this problem.  :'(

Have you done a full refresh of your screen as sometimes the original images will be held in your cache and so you acn;t see the resized ones ;)

Pressing F5 should do the trick and refresh your screen. If they are still huge then there is a problem with phorobucket - which doesn;t always resize as you think it will.

i find it's best to have the pics the right size before they go in photobucket  - as pammy says it's not that reliable on resizing....
