OK, it doesn't make sense now I've read it back, but its hard to show in a post, as it keeps creating the link - so I'll miss out the square bracket at the very beginnig and very end

url=www.iwight.com]here[/url

Add a open square bracket at the beginning, and close bracket at the end and you get
here
