Have crossposted this from dogpages as its quite urgent (phone nos left in as she represents a rescue)

Mia was taken by my friend and colleague yesterday to be spayed in Surrey. On her way back to me (North London) she stopped outside her house to let Mia out to go to the toilet. Somebody spooked her and she managed to slip her collar. This was around 6.30 last night, Tuesday 13th February opposite Burnell Avenue/Ham Lands, Postcode TW10 7YE

Her name is Mia and she is an 8 month old Neopolitan Mastiff x possibly Great Dane (picture below)

She is 8 months old and INCREDIBLY nervous so if anyone sights her please it is very important that you DO NOT approach her but call me immediately on either 07974 737338 or 07701 092716 with a location of where she was seen

Mia could be making her way back to her previous owner in Notting Hill or to me in Finsbury Park, North London but I think this is unlikely as she is so very scared of traffic and people

It was freezing cold last night, with terrential rain and because of having been spayed just hours before going missing, I am so desperately worried so if you can help to search or can put up posters please contact me on the above phone numbers or email xxlynne@btinternet.com

Also if you can forward this link to anyone you know in the area please do

Thank you

Joanne

WE HAVE GOT HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a call from someone who saw a poster and she noted her go into someones back garden. I phoned Lynne, as I am in North London at home at the moment, and she shot strait down there. Lynne is on the way to the vets to get her checked out but she said she is ok. She has 4 collars and leads on her!!!!!!!!!! She will be bringing her to me after the vets. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE for your help and support Joanne xxxxxxxxxxx

Im assuming it was because they lost her when she slipped her collar so they are taking extra precautions. Seems a bit much but as long as she's safe. What a gorgeous girl she is, I hope she goes to a home that can build her confidence back up.  Love
