Please be careful even when walking on pavements ;)

Buddy's only grass seed (so far) was from under a hedge on a lead walk through a housing estate. He seems to bound through the long grass with no problems.

I think I have been very lucky as Jessie runs through anything and everything and hasn't *touches wood* had an incident yet!

We were walking in taller than cocker grass this afternoon and I checked her when I put her back in the car but sisnt find anything.

TBH I dont really know what Im looking for but I think I will recognise it if I see one  ph34r

I am seriously tempted to move to wherever you are living Gill - although I think I'd miss the fields/hedges/gardens where these things flourish :(

Everywhere I seem to go this year has so much vegetation and greenery that I have resigned myself to the fact that it is when, not if, Molo is effected this year  :-\

I haven't seen many of the really nasty looking pointy grass seeds in the fileds near me but loads of, well don't know what it's called but it's quite soft to touch and the seeds are quite small and are a sort of pinky colour!  But they have all seemed to have dried out and are possibly going to all fall off soon!

When is the fatal grass seed season over?!

I'm not sure whether congratulations or commiserations are in order   :005: - hope you avoid dreaded grass-seed incidents though, Gill  ;)
