Arrrgh why do classes have to clash
« on: September 11, 2007, 03:48:22 PM »
I have just phoned to get Braan in to classes - but it's not where I took Fern and so I want Fern to go as well

So I've just spoken to the lady and Fern's class will start at 7pm on Wednesdays and Braans will start at 7pm on Wednesdays  :-\

As we are putting Fern in to the starter one for dogs over 7 months (well she 18 months old) as she has had some training she should fly thro and may even be pushed up a class.

So my dilema is do I start with Just Fern and see how she goes or should I start Braan as he hasn't had any training classes??

What would you suggest??

I think i should put Fern in for the classes first and then once she has moved up to the 8pm class start with Braan - would you agree with this? I could also practice with Braan at home anyway what I've done with Fern so far.

In a way I think Braan should go first and then Fern but it's completely up to you. I'm only thinking that Braan's quite young (I think?) so it may be better to get him sorted quickly.

if you came into one of my classes and your dog was good enough for the next class I would move you up the next week so might be worth taking Fern for 1 night and then asking the trainer if she is good enough to move up a class

Freya and Cockers Bilbo and Dobbie, not forgetting the Springers Willow and Paddy

Unfortunately you are just that wee bit too far to travel to on a weekly basis or I would be there  ;)

Thanks I'll book Fern in and see how it goes, it'll only put Braan off for a max of 4 weeks as it's an intial course of 4 weeks  ;)
