grooming help

how can i stop my puppy from play biting when im grooming him.Each time i start grooming him he biggins to bite the brush like its a game how can i stop this so he will sit there still and let me groom him.

Give him something else to chew, something tasty :) Callie used to get a dried chicken piece which kept her mouth busy while I brushed. Now and in past weeks we are lengthening the time before she gets it, so at the moment she gets brushed/combed for 5-6mins before the chicken gets given, as it only takes 10minutes to do her groom at the moment soon we hope she'll not have it until after. Possibly try sitting him on the table and just stroking him for a while :)

Callie now can't wait to get on the table and doesn't fuss at all.
