How do I view messages not yet read regardless of subject

I am sure when I joined COL back about 2 years ago I was able to get a list of messages that I hadn't read yet not in any particular subject order but date of posting.

Can I still do this an if so how.

When you go into the forum, there is a box at the top. You can choose to click on unread posts or new replies to your post. Mine is to the right of the pic of my dog. Hope that helps!

Do you mean at the top next to your litte pic in user info under the big COL - it says Show unread posts since last visit?
Same time - double clicked

OMG sussed it!!, I was using a completely different theme to everyone else it seems.  I was using the Classic wotsit theme and evryone else appears to be using the forum default, so I have changed and can know see the little box to view unread messages - at last!!
