The problem with worming treatment is that they are not a preventative. They should kill off anything that is present at that time but they can reinfest themselves within days. I would get another worming treatment for him and treat him  today. Make sure you get a good multi-wormer from your vet.

I've had this with Gunner recently he was due to be wormed a few days latter so i rang the vets who said i could go pick up a drontal for him and give it him straight away and he is to have the other half two weeks after the first

It is horrible but the wormer has sorted him out and now they have come out not wriggling  ph34r so maybe you should speak to your vet and get something ASAP oh and make sure everyone washes there hands lots as we can catch them too  ph34r

Hi Claire

Hope Zak is OK, I think you already have the answer, some wormers do not attack all types of worms and I'm not sure whether some bought of the shelf are good enough, hence why some types are only available from vets.

It doesn't seem to be the case with smalll animal wormers, but with the horses we used to give different types in rotation to make sure all worms were attacked, that was a few years ago and wormers have probably moved on since then.
