Does this sound like a water infection?
« on: March 26, 2008, 09:24:00 PM »
Mikey is a very very clean dog in the house.  Recently we have found a few puddles around the house and didn't know which dog it was.  I thought it was Herbie as if it is raining he won't necessarily stay out long enough to fully empty his bladder and will go indoors.

Tonight Mikey wee'd in the lounge right in front of Matt.  He goes to the toilet very regularly I have noticed, he's always in and out and seems to go more than he used to.  He doesn't go in the night when he is left for the longest which is strange.  He is fine apart from this little problem.

I am going to phone the vet tomorrow to make an appt. for my cat and see if I can take in a urine sample from Mikey.  I am off on holiday in a few weeks for 2 weeks and want him fit and healthy when I am away.
Love Michele, Mikey and Herbiexx

I don't know Miche, but it would be worth making sure it's nothing physical before trying to sort out any behavioural aspect.

I hope it's nothing.

It would certainly be worth getting it checked out. Hope all is well for him.
