Bad Dog!!! (And silly mummy)
« on: May 18, 2008, 07:55:25 PM »

Honey is officially in the bad books.... we had nipped next door to feed the neighbours' cat, as they are away.  Left her a matter of minutes.... Got back to discover Honey with a battery in her mouth, and my digital camera lying (chewed) beside her.  >:D   >:D   >:D

Got the battery back no problem (and the other was still in the camera, so no danger to dog - well, other than from us!!!  >:D ), but the camera is destroyed...

One very expensive favour for the neighbours....  >:D

Editted to add - of course, I know we take some of the blame for leaving the camera within reach... doesn't make me feel any better though....

Naughty Honey.
Can you make it look more like an accident than a dog attack and claim on house insurance?

Not with the obvious teeth marks around the screen bit...  ph34r
Fortunately it wasn't a hugely pricey one - so it would barely be worth claiming once we'd paid the excess...

But how'm I gonna get good photos for the comp now????   >:(
Thinking about it, maybe this is Honey's way of saying she's had enough of being photographed all the time....  :005:

Oh dear...

You could always try and get some footage of her up to naughty tricks and send it to "You've been framed" for a £250 contribution towards a replacement :005:

If it makes you feel any better - Our Ellie has destroyed
1 Action Man
1 new 3 piece best suit ( Mine... )
2 coats
3 fleeces
1 uniform
3 outside chairs
2 bird feeders
Too many garden plants to mention.
4 pairs of slippers.

Her gummy bones and Kongs shine in the sun like they have just come out of the packaging... :005:

Dax - believe you me, Honey does not need any encouragement in the chewing department - I have holes chewed in one of my walking boots, and one of my trainers.... both mats we got for her crate are full of holes, and now the conservatory cushions are headed the same way.  We no longer have rugs down anywhere downstairs, either....  ph34r
She loves to steal my art and craft stuff (work supplies) - I don't know what the attraction is there....

Still, I wouldn't have her any other way!

And we have a brand new camera to play with now, too!!!
