Can't post and timing out

Is there something wrong with the forum today?  It seems to be running really slow and when I try to post on thread, the 'page cannot be displayed' message comes up and when I refresh the screen it says my session has timed out and has deleted my post.

I've managed to post on other forums this morning, so can't be my lappy.
