You can do an online order on the Optigen site , then you print off the form & also the shipping instructions and take them with you when you go to the vet to have the blood samples taken (Optigen also accept cheek swabs now). Your vet will need to read the instuctions first so he/she knows what containers to use etc & also he/she will need to sign your test form. After the samples have been taken, you then follow Optigen's instructions for shipping (customs declarations etc) & post them off. It seems very complicated the first time you do it but it is pretty straightforward as long as you follow the instructions on the website to the letter

Thank you so much I did think it was a little confusing and my vet is very helpful so has also asked one of his vet nurses to look into it for me so we can work round it together I will get organised next week and hopefully get the samples sent off again thank you all very much for all your help
