lemon and white or orange and white roans ?

Can smeone please explain the difference between the orange roans and the lemon. Lily is classed as lemon and white but her head is more orange.

it's just terminology - In Working cockers the terminology used is Lemon roan, in Show cocker terminology she would be an Orange roan.

I think it goes on the depth of the colour.I read that Lemons have brown pigmentation around the eyes  and nose and oranges have black.

Technically lemons are much paler than oranges and tend to have liver pigmentation (brown noses) but in practice, the differences aren't always observed when it comes to registering colours, as Helen says.
