hi! thanks for posting. that's the goal. i would like to keep the option of maybe showing him one day.

in any case, i definitely don't want to do anything that might damage his coat.

Have you read the 'sticky' threads at the top of the grooming board? Michelle is the Gal you need but she has posted some helpful 'stickys'. Have you tried www.videojug.com for a grooming guide?

i have read each of the stickies, and they have been very helpful at answering numerous questions. videojug doesn't seem to have any cocker grooming videos; nor does youtube. thanks though.
