Oh poor Cadbury.....If its any help to you a friends Goldie pup was diagnosied with menigitis when he was 9mths old when i was at the vets, TBH all i can remember is that he didn't want to walk and couldn't pick up his head....BUT.....he is now coming up for 5yrs and a Show Champion!! and totally as fit as a fiddle......Fingers crossed lots of love from me and mine xXx

I had no idea doglets could get meningitis :o
Come on Cadbury - you'll be a show champ yet :D

Me neither, I hadn't heard of menigitis in dogs.
So glad to hear some positive news that Cadbury is picking up and improving.  Thinking of you both and sending lots of healing thoughts :luv:

Glad to hear there has been some improvement.

Keep going from strength to strength little man  :luv:

I had no idea dogs could even get that! Glad to hear he's moving in the right direction. Sending both of you big hugs and positive thoughts. x

Nor me.

I am glad that they now have something to treat anyway. I truly hope he makes it through this unscathed. Poor little man (and poor you, too).

We still aren't 100% sure but the vet is fairly certain he has meningitis and tests taken today (spinal tap etc.)should confirm.

Goodness me I did not know that dogs could get it either.....glad he is taking small steps to recovery and it is not long before he is well once more. Keep improving little man :luv:
