List of food poisonous for dogs - who knows where it is?

I've been looking for a post which had a list of poisonous foods for dogs but can't find it?  Does anyone have any idea where to find this list or another one?  A work colleagues dog is at the vets with kidney problems that have come on suddenly and the vets have asked if she's had access to anti freeze or grapes  ::) I know that a lot of foods have a build up effect (like chocolate, raisins etc) but would love a list to give her so that the vet has all the facts.

don't know where the thread you mentioned is but i wonder if this will help, peteducation.com - it was on another thread yesterday discussing potato peelings.  :blink:

Just a tip but if you ever can't find a thread, just do a forum Search on the subject & this will usually bring up all relevant threads : http://www.cockersonline.co.uk/discuss/index.php?action=search

That's funny - I did the same search (just to check it worked) and just put "poisonous" in the Search box and loads of threads came up. It should have worked the same for you - not sure why it didn't :-\

ETA Sorry, just realised you must have checked the "search in topic subjects only" box. I always uncheck this so it brings up more results.
