Sending postive thoughts, hopefully when the meds kick in and the diuretics do their job she will feel more comfortable eating. Give her meals little and often so it's easier for her to cope with.

Sending lot's love and positive thoughts for you and Jewel.  When Millie aged 13 at the time, was ill with a repertory infection one off the things that got her appetite going was cooked liver.
