So so sorry I've just read this and feel awful having just posted about my Fern's eyes before reading it.  My friend had to have her dog pts today and it is such an awful thing to happen I am so so sorry  :'(

I read this thread earlier today, but didn't get chance to send my postive wishes at the time - oh, how guilty I now feel at not doing so.

I have a tear in my eye and a lump in my throat to read that Gari has gone.  Only last week you were wishing Dylan a happy 11th b'day and asking for piccies.

Gari chose you to live with as he knew he would be loved in your home like no other would have.
Take care of yourself (and your hubby too). 

The writing in your posts showed how much you loved and cared for that little man - and he knew it too.

Just seen this, im so very very sorry! I was laughing at him the other day in the video section with the builders!! I cant believe it!!!

Oh Fiona, I have only just seen this and am so very very sorry, I am crying for you.

It shone through in your posts what a very special boy Gari was and how lucky he was to have yourself and Stuart as his mummy and daddy.  He was so very very loved.

All the other cockers at the Bridge will be looking after him now.

The pain is terrible, I know, but you must be proud of yourself that you gave Gari such a wonderful life whilst he was with you.  He was blessed to have you as you were to have him.

In times of darkness think back to the lovely memories you share and the fact he got to see you new house and play out in his own garden.
