OLLIE 1 year old at the start of the diet he was 21kgs when this photo was taken !

He doesn't look fat to me, he's just a big dog. :luv:

I suppose dogs are like us, in that we can't go by what we weigh, Ollie would probably not look right at 15kg, so a bit heavier will be ideal for him.

Me and the vet want to reduce him down to 18kgs then take it from there ..... the vet has said that if he looks ok at 18 thats fine otherwise she would want him to reduce to 17kgs but thats it no lower as he's a big boy as you can tell from the photo .

I will try to take a photo of Ollie today so you can see the small difference a few lost kgs has made .......

ollie is stunning,arnie is a big cocker,he is 18.3 kgs,and is very tall,took him to the vets as people were saying its the biggest cocker they have sean,vet said he is solid and it would not suit him if he was smaller,

Sorry the picture isn't very good but i took this today i think he does look thiner now especially around his chest area .

Ok we are off to the vets again tomorrow to check his weight ollie was 19.15kgs last thursday i hope he has lost some more paws crossed he has . hes done me proud so far he's my good little boy not much further to go now and he will be 18kgs the i will need to talk to the vet and see what she thinks !

Well me and Ollie have been to the vets Ollie was so happy he wouldn't stand still so the vet came out to help he said even though the scales were moving he thought Ollie now weighed 18.25kgs thats a big jump from last week when he weighed 19.15kgs the vet said carry on with what I'm doing as Ollie looks so much better and more alive and full of energy ! they have said one more week and that could possibly be it ..
