Just as reassurance - Jarv had a terribly sensitive tummy all of his puppyhood (on a good day it was a walnut whip  ph34r ) which at his worst caused him to end up on a drip at the vets for 36 hours with Haemorrhagic (sp) Gastroentiritis (sp again!) as his liquid poo was 80 percent blood  :'( :'(

At around 15 months of age he turned a corner and his tummy became far more tolerant to everything, even chicken (which originally set him off).

Now, he's much tougher but if he is stressed it does manifest itself with a tummy upset  ::)

Poor Jarv....but, he does give me hope at least.  These poor puppies just devour their food, then pay for it not long afterwards..... I am pleased that they don't appear to be losing weight though.

I'll keep trying on this different flavour.....and, the probiotic yoghurt...... then, if all this fails it is back to the drawing board....and trying to discover which ingredient it is.  It is strange that they both seem to have it, which is why I thought it might be the after effects of that awful virus....but, the vet says no.

I think definitely get some balance back in their gut with the pro-biotics - that will help a lot  ;)

It does seem very very odd that they BOTH are having problems, I too think it may be an after effect of their virus as it seems very co-incidental.

You could try them for a few days on cooked white fish and potato just to get their tummy settled and their poo firm and then wean them back on to kibble :dunno:

Good idea..... I am honestly willing to try anything at the moment.  Poor little things.  Have to say, though, that none of them seem to be lethargic or suffering too badly.  I am really hopeful that it will all settle once they settle on a diet that suits.  It was a rotten start....and, I guess these things take time to clear completely.  Fingers, toes and eyes crossed.
