hiccups

murphy gets the hiccups quite a bit is this common in puppies?

Yes, Millie used to get them loads! She seemed to grow out of it by about 5-6 months though. She even had them in the car on the way home - OH had just gone into the garage to pay for fuel and she started, I had no idea what was going on, initially thought she was going to be sick! Typically, she'd stopped by the time he got back!  :shades:

I was only thinking the other day that Mali hasn't had them for ages but she used to get them loads

seams to happen if we pick them up for any reason. and then random times

Chloe used to get them frequently when she was a pup and still does from time to time  ;)

Poppy got them all the time for the first few weeks. She seems to have stopped now ant nearly 5 months! I was worried at first and used to watch her like a hawk when she was hiccuping! :005: Not sure what I thought might happen!

My old boy Merlin used to get them all his life and The pups I have get them as well, although they do seem to have grown out of it mostly now, but still get them on occasion.  ;)

Biba used to hiccup everynight just before she went to sleep  :huh: she still occasionally does in now and she is nearly 3 years..i have never heard Lola hiccup  :huh:

Harvey used to always be hiccuping. Hardly ever does it now though, unless he's been greedy and eaten too quick  :005:
