We have just gpt back from holiday for a few days and orin went to stay at a laady who does home boarding and has other dogs stay too and also has an 14month old english sheepdog. Orin is fine with all the other dogs and plays and is fine with OESD in garden but when in the house they have apparently been vying for top dog status (both are entire Males). They had a bit of set to yesterday but it did not help sort things out. I had not really thought of neutering him but would consider it if i knew it would stop him vying for top dog status.
this is really the only place round here we have found that does home boarding as i dont want him to go into kennels and the poeple are so nice. Not going on holiday is not an option.
any views or ideas etc welcome. She is willing to have him again but only for short stays as it is not faair on her dog which i totally agree with.
how much is neutering?
