Creating a poll

Hi

Please help- how do I create a poll where members can vote? I collected my cocker yesterday and would like their input as to what to name him.

What are the steps to create a poll like this?

I think in the Polls section there i s the option of Post new Poll (rather than new topic)

Up in the top right
