Head tremoring
« on: January 03, 2010, 06:26:12 PM »
My 3 year old Working Cocker Eran has began having head tremors since new years day.  Has occured twice now.
1st time for about 2 minutes on New Years Day.  2nd time on 2nd January late at night for about 5 minutes.

Eran has always been a bit nervous and is easily stressed comapred to other dogs as she was badly treated by her first owner when a pup.
I have had her now for just over 2 years.

I will be taking her to vets tomorrow to get checked out.  Has anyone else experienced this with their Cockers

Cheers

I'm so sorry I don't have any advice or experience to offer but just wanted to wish you & Eran good luck for tomorrow  :luv:
Hope the vets can find the cause. Will say a little prayer for her.   :bigarmhug: for you both  :-*

Not sure if it's the same thing but I remember Billys head doing it a few times and it frightened the life out of me. It would only ever happen if we were eating and he was watching. One day when he did it I videoed it for the vet as it was so bizzarre and something you really had to see.  That was about two years ago and, touch wood, has never happened again. The vet was puzzled too.

Good luck for tomorrow. I'm sure you will feel better once you have seen the vet  :D

Not heard of this, sorry - could it be to do with her ears ???

I hope the vet gets to the bottom of it  :-*
Mummy loves her angels - but they're not angels all the time - They love to chew and charge about - but mummy doesn't mind
