OK, you can all have a chuckle and say be careful what you wish for Ph34r

As some of you will know, I longed for Chloe to have more feathering and a longer coat, well my dream has been answered.....and I'm not coping

My main problem is all the twigs that get entwined in her feathering when she's wet, especially when she goes sniffing around the forest floor . When we get back to the car, I tend to just bung her in her fleece to dry off, and tackle the offending bits later on. She absolutely hates it though. She has never been very good with any grooming paraphernalia, she will happily let me run a zoom groom over her, but if I get any kind of comb out, she runs off.
So...a couple of questions...do you think it would be easier to get the twigs etc out whilst she's still wet? What to do you guys do?
Also, her coat has gone....err fluffy!!! Her back looks as if she's been in close contact with an electric current! Not too keen on that look...anything I can do about it?
Oh and she's also grown a huge beard.....not at all sure about it, but all my friends say its cute!
Sorry for the long post, any thoughts much appreciated
