I need a name.

Ok, its a fact, I am rubbish at thinking up new names for my dogs so I need help. In a few weeks time I am getting a chocolate working cocker bitch. I do not want a name that relates to chocolate or the colour brown. Something short and different would be great.

What sort of names do you like? Have you thought of any that you like so far, so we have something to go on?

Do you want to give her a girly name or a strong-sounding name?

The name should relate more to a girl than a boy, if that makes sense. I have not started a list of possible's.

If it helps, I already have a: tain, jura, tia, poppy, cruz, flik, and freddie.

You might also like Jazz (short for Jasmine), Zara, Trinity, Shilo, Sasha, Phoebe, Milly, Tilly, Jojo, Jada, Indy, Gabby, Belle/Bella, Amber or Jess.

Isla, as you already have a Jura?

Most of the names I like are Gaelic but I also have Tess and Corrie on my list of possible names and Tilly is obviously an excellent name :shades: :005:

I absolutely love the name Cora - but have been trying to think of something that relates to a working cocker and though possibly Purdey (I think they are gunsmiths aren't they?)

As you already have a Poppy, what about Rose/Rosie or Jasmine/Jazz or Hebe, which is a shrub.
