Query about Natural Instinct raw food

I am seriously thinking about changing Ellie onto more of a raw food diet.  I note that some of you have the Natural Instinct food delivered, I have gone onto their website to read about it and think that this sounds good for me as it is 'done' for me so to speak so I don't have to worry about what to give her etc.
(Hope that makes sense).

The only thing concerning me is the delivery, in that it mentions that if the food has slightly thawed on delivery then it is alright to freeze again, but if it has completely thawed then it must be used in approximately 4 days.  I don't want to order 10kg of food and then find it completed thawed and have to use it in 4 days.  If I had to do this I would be feeding the wildlife in the area!

Can I just ask those of you who have it delivered what state it arrives in.  Is it still frozen or partly frozen, or has it thawed.

I've had loads of this delivered. From the south to the north and it is still frozen.

I am in Aberdeenshire and I have only ever had a packet or two in all the deliveries that has just started to thaw.  The rest is always frozen solid.  They package it very well so you should be ok.  In the unlikely event that it has all thawed I am sure NI will replace it.  I had a delivery that was delayed a day or so for some reason or other and that was also mostly frozen!!

I have had several deliveries from NI and the only time it had started to defrost slightly was when it was delivered in the middle of summer last year.  It wasn't a problem though as I need it to defrost at least a little so I can portion it up.  The last delivery I got a couple of weeks ago was frozen solid so I had to leave it out on the side for a while until I would split it.
