User name help

Please can someone tell me how I can change my user name as I am not used to using computers and have never used a forum site before and did'nt realise I should'nt have put my own full name as my user name.

If you send a PM message to one of the moderators (Colin, Helen, Jane, Nicola etc) , telling them what name you'd like to be known as, they should be able to reset it for you.
