Welcome to COL!

I too have an Alfie - only he's 5 months old and only half a cocker! (dad is a working cocker, mum is a terrier).

All the best with everything - and btw, toilet training IS possible in that short a space of time (or at least mostly), we did it with Alfie. I honestly put it down to the crate, and being at home with him a lot.

He's definitely a clever lad and is picking up the toilet training quite fast! Only had him for 4 days and if I take him out to the garden he knows what I want him to do! Had only 3 accidents the entire day yesterday, and one so far this morning! Very proud of him! :)

Welcome. Nervous of joining us? Why oh why oh why?  ;)

Posie was almost housetrained from the day she came home (odd because she was reared outdoors) so Alfie is showing good early signs.

I live in Aberdeen and am lucky enough to be at home most of the time to look after my 4.5 month old solid black working girl.

Baby and puppy at the same time?  :o Ach, you'#ll be fine. Plenty of help in here when you need it. Some people in here are absolute experts. But there's always a little wriggle room.  ;)
