Snugglepuppy V Snugglesafe V Hot Water Bottle
« on: February 27, 2005, 09:34:17 PM »
Hi

I'm due to collect my new pup in just under 3 weeks time and am busy getting all the necessary euipment.  :P

As it is pretty cold in the nights still, I have thought about something warm for her to snuggle up to.    :(

In my research, I have come accross 3 things: Snugglepuppy(£30), Snuggle safe heat pad and comforter (£30)and hot water bottles (cheapest option, but doesn't keep warm long and the added danger of chewing...)

Does anyone use any of these and what are your opinions?
Is it necessary - am I being a bit OTT?
Any suggestions?

    Thanks!!!

I have a snuggle puppy and a snuggle safe but prefer the snuggle puppy ;)  Its a lot softer than the snuggle safe and comes with a little beating heart  to help pup feel more secure.

Molo still sleeps with his snuggle puppy - without heatpad, or heartbeat, - its the only cuddly that Molo hasn't shredded

We use a Snugglesafe heat pad when we have newborn pups - it does retain the heat very well but like Gill says is not exactly soft to cuddle up to (although it comes with a fleecy cover) so the Snuggle puppy might be a better bet for you.
