Hello from Ebony!

Just joined the forum after getting my first show type black Cocker Spaniel girly, Ebony!  :luv:

I already have a year old black lab called Pootle (anyone remember The Flumps?) and a Black standard Poodle called Daisy.  :D

All three of the above have lil white bits on their chest.  Not quite a 'white bib' but still there!  ;)

I also have 3 long haired cats (2 of which are black with a white fleck on their chest  :005:  )

I do have children and it is regularly joked that most people dont realise I have kids until a few months of knowing me as I go on about my pets so much  :-\ but obviously thy are my world too  :luv:



Tabitha and Boobah (the kids named her  :-\ :



Funnily enough the big cat at the bottom isnt mine, its my mums, and is no relation to the kittens (they are adults now) but he also is black with a white fleck, as you can see ;)

The pictures dont do her justice but she is a lovely little girl who is learning fast already at 8 weeks old!

 :D Welcome to COL.... I'm Lisa and have a nearly three year old light blue roan show cocker called Maggie.  Sounds like you have the perfect household  :luv:  Fab pictures of all your lovely pets  :D  Can't wait to hear about all the funny stories as Ebony grows up  :shades:

Thanks Maggie, I have stacks more but am aware this sint the place to do a pic overload!  ;)

When I went to look it was a Golden girl I went to look at but Ebony won my heart  :luv:

With my black animals, I guess the rock chick in my runs further than I thought  :005:

Hi and welcome to COL. There's lots of excellent advice, but beware it's very addictive  :005:

I too have an Ebony, she is 2 and is a black show type. I also have Rosie who is 8 and is a tri-colour.

Look forward to seeing more pictures of Ebony  :luv: :luv: as she grows up.

Welcome to you and your lovely dogs.

I'm Rosie and I have 2 young show type boys - Charlie and Dexter, people who don't know me often think I'm talking about children as I refer to them as the boys  :005:

Thanks guys!

Sorry I havent been back on but I am a bit snowed under with work and getting ready for Christmas!  Oh, and cleaning up after a lil madam named Ebony....  :005:

She is sooo funny, she is copying my older pooches in many ways so hopefully training wont be so bad!  Unfortunately she is picking up their bad habits soo  :-\  ;)
