Cows Hooves
« on: December 21, 2011, 09:50:07 PM »

Dylan & Jessie have tried their first cow's hooves tonight.  To say they have gone done well is an understatement, better result than the stag bars.  Jessie has fallen asleep on the sofa with hers right in front of her nose . :D  Dylan has taken his into his bed and has been chewing on his hoof nearly all night. Just hope their tums are okay tonight.  They enjoy a fish4dogs chew but they are chewed quickly. Just thought they might like a longer chewing experience.

Cow hooves a big hit here too  :luv:
My 3 aren't big chewers of them but love having them smeared with cheese spread/peanut butter etc or I fill them with their tea (raw meat/veg mix) & freeze them (especially in summer  :D ) & also bio yogurt frozen as a summer treat too  ;)

I have to collect them in after a while though as Tinker has a habit of collecting them & guarding them (& also bringing one to bed with her, which is fine, if it were her own bed but it is mine & my pillow she sleeps on  :005: )
If your dog thinks you're the best.....don't seek a second opinion!!

I am going to have a high value treat ready tonight when they go out to the garden for a wee, as I think the cow's hooves might be going out with them.

I can use the treat as an exchange.  Think I am going to put some of their Naturediet in them .

I bought some from Zooplus last week - omg, the smell  ph34r :lol2:

Dallas doesn't like chews such as pigs ears etc so he just ate the filling but Disney enjoyed chewing on his until I took it away. I think I'll refill them with some Chappie and that can be their breakfast tomorrow.

Ha ha, thanks! My family & friends all thought it was a ridiculous name at first but now they can't imagine him being called anything else. He just looks and acts like a Disney  :005: :luv:
