Again, I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, but I'm a bit stuck on wondering: What's the PM buddy list? If you add a member, what does it do? Do you need permission before adding a member?

Its just like a little address book of the members you may PM, easier to use than finding each member seperately.
You don't need their permission ( any member can block you from sending them messages if they so wish and visa versa - though i doubt that would happen here ).
