Watching the foxes
« on: May 23, 2012, 08:44:53 AM »
I didn't sleep well last night so came downstairs and watched Mr and Mrs Fox and their family of six littluns through the window. Maisie was just mesmerised  :luv:. In fact I think watching Maisie watching the foxes was more lovely than just watching them alone.

I really think she thought it was a bunch of pups and given the chance she would have been out there jumping around and ripping open the bin bags with them too  >:( :005: :luv:. Her face was such a picture, so gentle yet so totally absorbed she was mentally out there with them I'm sure.

...sorry, didn't mean to ramble, I just wanted to share a special Maisie and me moment  :luv:. It was worth a sleepless night  :luv:

That's so lovely Nina & lucky you to get to see the young cubs ..... 6 is quite a large litter isn't it?  :shades: :luv:
When we only had Purdey, she was like Maisie & when we had a family of foxes visit the garden every day, she would just sit & watch, even if she was outside at the time  :luv:
If your dog thinks you're the best.....don't seek a second opinion!!
