So sorry to read that Henry was bitten.  I hope he heals soon, and that he won't be too afraid of other dogs as a result of this snappy one.  :luv:

It's so scary when these things happen.  Hope you, too, recover from the incident soon.

Hugs from us all.  :bigarmhug: :bigarmhug:

Poor little chap - so after a good day yesterday the wound on Henry's lip/nose is open again this morning, bleeding a little bit. Now I'm annoyed that the vet didn't give him anti-biotics, as I'm worried it'll become infected. Have put salt water on it again (which he does not like!) and hopefully the swelling will go down (fat lot of good the anti-inflammatories seem to be). Will have to hunt down open petshop to see if I can find some tea tree oil cream or hibiscrub. Typical that it's happening on a bank holiday weekend.

Aw, hope he's better soon  :luv: It's probably good that the wound is open - it should drain and reduce the chance of infection.

That's just what I was thinking, I'd carry on with the salt water and a bit of savlon.

they most likely helped with some of pain though and may be not work as quickly as you're expecting them to
