At the top right hand side of the page you will see "Search". Click this then enter the keyword/s you need to look for for example, Heart Condition. Yuo can then chose which particluar part of the forum you want to search all search it all. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Perform Search" Any results will then be displayed for you to gop through and click on the ones you want to read in full.
