Jessie, I miss you so much and wish I had trained you better which would have made your life easier. But you were so loving and such good fun.
Jessie had a spinal tumour which was inoperable and died when asleep for the MRI scan on the 11th August 2012. A hard decision as she was 50 miles from home with a vet none of us had met but it was kinder to her as she had lost the use of her back legs. She was so trusting and just gazed at me with love as I left her there the day before. The vets thought it was a disc and curable, but it was not to be.
I have lost my closest companion and hope you are now free from pain and happy again. Perhaps with my earlier dogs - a dachshund and a rough collie.
No dog can replace you but I hope to find another cocker to love soon.
