Gun dog training

Hi all.
 Just wondering if anyone could recommend a gun dog trainer in my area. My thus far pretty well under control 18 month old who appeared to be listening to the whistle has developed a new interest...in swans...
 Nipping off for a few seconds because a pheasant flew up is one thing but carting off across the other side of the water meadows to have a full on argument with a massive male swan and his family is not so funny.
 We are on the border of Suffolk and essex.
Any recommendations of someone within sudbury bury st edmunds colchester area would be very gratefully received!
