Sad update Diesel

Haven’t posted for a while, in need of some prayers and positive thoughts for my boy Diesel.
Diesel was diagnosed a week ago with malignant cancer in his mouth. Going to Edinburgh tomorrow for a CT scan to see if it’s spread into his jaw bone 😢. He seems perfectly ok, only noticed as he was drooling a lot. Good news is that it doesn’t look like it’s spread to lymph nodes or chest. Anyone have any experience of mouth cancer or can give me there opinion on what will be best for him 😢
