I dont really have any more details as I have been trying to get the breeder on the phone since 11 am but no joy. Basically I am looking for another orange boy from Disney's dad :luv: There is a 5 month old pup available (his son) with possible show potential or there has been a litter just born (his grandchildren) which does contain an orange boy. I am now umming and ahhing over which, if either, of these options I go for

I like the name Chattanooga :D I would shorten to Chatty (which suits the cockers in our house) or Nooga...... soft chewy sweet stuff...... again perfect for a cocker!!

Yes I'm going to see the older one - the litter with his grandson in it has just been born so I think it will be too soon to view them (although I might see if I can sneak a peek ;)) I'm not quite sure yet how I would feel about bypassing the baby puppy stage but I'm trying to keep an open mind until I see him ;)

We are just back after driving around for hours and hours. We couldn't find the place and had to give up and come home again to get back for the dogs. We asked everybody we came across for directions but no luck. I was told in no uncertain terms that I wasn't getting taken anywhere ever again so I will probably end up missing out on this one unless I can find someone else to take me :'( It was my own stupid fault for not writing the phone number down ph34r

One tip - if you can find someone to give you a lift who has satellite navigation, make sure you get the postcode and then the satnav will get you there: I had to get to the wilds of Gloucestershire, as Paddy's breeder lives down an unadopted road in the country and satnav guided me to the door!

Depends on the sat nav and they don't always get you to where you think - but they're a mighty fine start - usually :005:
Without giving too much away - roughly what area are we talking Gill - is there anyone else here who might be able to help?

If you've not got sat nav (like us) then go to multimap and type the location, then click on aerial view so you can get an idea of the surroundings and what to look for :D.

Sat Nav didn't recognise the postcode so I got directions off of AA Route Planner. I've to phone the breeder tonight and she will give me proper directions ;) My brother is obviously less grumpy now he has food in his stomach as he said he will take me back next week :005:

The introductions have gone very well. Yesterday, the poor biy was humped to within an inch of his life ph34r Dallas & Disney love him and even Vegas has been very good with him (bar the two incidents concerning a tennis ball and Vegas' breakfast ::)) He's not eating brilliantly but he is a total livewire. There is cheekiness oozing out of every pore of him :luv: He had a good night - I only heard him whimper at 6.30 this morning. He has got used to walking on a lead very quickly and his tail hasn't stopped wagging since he came home. I will take him into work tomorrow to get microchipped and so that he can meet everybody and Thursday will be his first training class.
So all in all, going very well but I think I might end up with a load of grey hairs with this little one >:D :005:
