Title: we lost Bruno this morning

my brave brave boy finally lost his fight against lymphoma , as alot of you will know he was diagnosed in may 2010 and we spent much of last year travelling up and down to Liverpool for his chemo, he was doing well though getting thinner, yesterday he ate sausages pork and some ham but in the evening started panting heavily, we phoned the vets early this morning but he died , we were with him and my husband is devastated though we knew it was coming, i think he had just had enough, sleep tight my precious boy

What a brave boy Bruno was, and the fact he fought so hard is testiment to your love and care.
Made me  :'( and smile at the same time to think of him having sausages, such a typical cocker to never miss a chance at a tasty sausage despite feeling so poorly - what a boy  :luv:

Awww what a shame -  :'(
I have no idea of the grief you must be feeling - I have had to be with out diesel for a couple of days as he back at breeders the now getting some health issues sorted, iv only had him for 4 weeks and i was inconsolible on sat night after i had to leave him - i just couldn stop crying and so this post has made me feel sooo devastated for you .

Thank you for all of your kind thoughts, it has only been two months since we lost Kizzy, it has been a very hard year, we knew it was comig but it really didnt make it any easier, i am just glad that we have COL , the support on here is second to none

That is true that it's overwhelming the support u receive and it comforts u in a way, and I t say that regardless of wether you are aware of the situation or not any loss must be soo devastating as no matter how long u have to prepare for them passing, you can never really prepare for it at all xxx
