Giving up yoga as it's impossible to do it properly while laughing as you have a cocker spaniel up your nose or laying on your chest..... :005:

Oh I know this one! In my new health and fitness regime, I started doing the 30 Day Ab Challenge. Halfway through the first set on the first day, I collapsed into giggles as Lottie was taking it as an opportunity to jump enthusiastically all over me, hang off my ponytail and generally make a complete nuisance of herself....

Feelings of guilt, every time I eat, due to the little face staring at me like a third world famine victim...

 :005:

Got two doing that

If anything in the house goes missing, wondering out into the garden and looking in some of her favorite hiding places.  She doesn't seem to want to destroy them, just hide them from us.

And what is it about socks?

Windows and patio door with a row of nose prints. Same with car. (And they're really hard to clean off, especially when you've not done it for a while.) Being subjected to laser beam stare for half an hour before feeding time to make sure I don't forget it's getting close (two of them, actually, one cocker and one cat.) Unable to open a packet of ham with both arriving from who knows where in the house or garden instantaneously. Ham molecules apparently spread at the speed of light. Sleeping cold because someone's dead weight is trapping the duvet. But every single bit of it worth it.  :D

Can relate to a lot of these.

Something I've noticed since I got Delilah is that I seem to have a poo bag in most of my pockets and handbags.

Always being watched
PIGEONS!
Never being able to lie down without being pounced on
Not being able to say 'tuna'
Fighting for shoes
Not being able to put shoes down on the floor anymore
Muddy paw prints everywhere
Being spooked on walks by bizarre things - lifebelt holder, plastic bag, crisp packet
Stopping to check every feather - and trying to carry them home

......but well worth smiling and laughing every day... Best medicine you could ever have x

Sat down with my laptop about 40 mins ago, only just got on it as I've had a spaniel draped across my lap until now. He's only moved to get a drink so I spied my chance. He's now back from his drink and giving me a dirty look as I have replaced him with a laptop!

While walking, being constantly on the alert for the *postman*'s red trolley so that I can tense before Sherlock rips my arm off in his desperation to say hello.

(Also read *grocer*, *neighbour*, *any relative or vague acquaintance*, *anyone who resembles any relative or vague acquaintance*)

Another terminal "cocker shuffler" here too - love it! In fact I seem to suffer from virtually all of the side effects listed here  :o

I relate to this.  Our postlady carries bonios in the bag with the letters.  Ellie can recognise her from just a speck in the distance.

Anyone else find themselves ''twirling'', doing a 180 when on-lead doggy who's first of all on the right decides to follow a scent to the left?
