Working Cocker Size Vs Show Cockers

Haven't got lengths but here goes

Charlie - 15 inches 37.6cm - 11.8kgs - show
Ellie - 12.2 inches, 31cm - 7.3kgs - show (very very light framed)
Dylan - 16 inches 41 cm - 11.8kgs - show (very light build
Spice - 12.5 inches v v v v long, 7.3kg - working cocker but only 5 months old

Think that I must be underfeeding mine - but in my defence I seem to have 3 very light boned show cockers.

If I can post pictures will post one of Ellie cause in travelling round the country competing I have still to find a cocker as little as her!! (However she would hate to find another as small as she does rather like thinking of herself as something special  )

Rosie & 4 naughty cockers plus one!

Willow is almost 8 months old.

Height - 37cm  (14.5")

Length - 43cm (17")

Weight - 9kg

Willow has stuck at this for the last couple of months.

I've tried to get answers to this before - when do they tend to stop growing?

I think Billy was about 9mths old when he stopped visually getting any bigger. I think I am right in saying 90% of their growing is done within the first six months, I'm sure Burns told me this  <_<

Ok perhaps my measuring is wrong but mine are both the same and are square shaped!!!

They are both is 43x43cm!!!
Holly's 14.5 kilos and 11months
Bella's 11.5 kilos and 9 months

Both show type.

Bella was so scared of the measuring tape (it did zoom back in a couple of times while I was measuring!) that I've had to measure her with a rugby sock and then measure that! Holly helped me by pulling hard on one end of the sock!!

Wise words - me?? Total fruit and nutcase!!

Och - bit of a winter depressive at the best of times and losing Jaffa really hit me hard. I was lucky if was on the PC once a week for a while but - on the up side got this book to finish writing  database needing a huge input to update it, people to see, things to do etc etc..lack of time - anyone fancy trimming Firebird???? She is the hairy monster from the black lagoon at the mo - so much hair that my Dyson keeps blocking and it;s always gold hair that I extract with a screwdriver in lumps!! She;s so messy that I keep putting off starting her - so much for my plans of showing her in veteran.. :o
