here it is:-

8ozs Liver [preferably Lambs]
4ozs S/R Flour
2 Eggs 2 Cloves Garlic/ or 2 tsps garlic puree.

Put all the ingredients into a blender until the mixture is smooth, pink and runny [not too rigid a requirement if you prefer to make it a bit chunky' Pour into greased swiss roll type baking tin and place in the oven [Gas Mark 4] for around 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool and cut into bite size pieces.

Easy Peasy  oh and nearly forgot - a good strong air freshener

I stunk the house out last night making liver cake. I've made rather a lot because Asda had reduced a number of lambs liver packs. It's wonderfully messy to make without a food processor though  ph34r.

Fern had her bum welded to the floor by the cooker/worktop (where it was put to cool) all evening  :005:. I've never experienced such enthusiasm for my cooking before, a totally new experience . Yup I think she may come back from a pheasant trail for these.... :D

here it is:-

Easy Peasy  oh and nearly forgot - a good strong air freshener

:005: :005: I got this recipe from the breeder I got Max, our golden ret, from.  I decided to make some ready for his first puppy class.  I could not believe the stink it made, I had to sit in the garden while it baked! :005:

Max did not love it nearly enough for me to put up with the stink again! :005:

I made this the first time a few weeks ago & I didn't have ANY air freshner :o  I wasn't warned about the smell.  My OH came home & was so disgusted he went back down pub using some rather choice language about the offending stench ph34r
