I like Merry! As in merry and pippin from LOTR

I also like Elven not wizardy but I really like elves and mystical fairy characters!  I searched elvish dictionarys for a name for my cocker to be but OH didn't like any of them!

Would suit dog in question as he is a Mordor gundog!

He's from Mordor?  :o :005:

Then he has to be Sauron!

Sauron would be a great name. :shades:

I like Merry too, if Jarvis was a girly i'd have called him that. Cockers are always described as merry dogs too. :luv:
Owned by Jarvis (Cocker), and Lucy (Cavalier).

I like Merry too!  I'm kinda torn between that and Paisley for my girl at the moment!  She'll be born in December too so Merry is quite festive!

I definitely think cockers should be named after hobbits, so I'd go with Merry or Pippin  :D
Oh and Brego is a lovely name, (Aragorns horse).
When I saw my golden cocker puppy, I decided to call her Laurië, elvish word for gold  :luv:

Clive was named Smeagol by his breeders children  :o

And they thought Clive was an odd name  :005:

btw I am NOT suggesting you call him Smeagol, poor poppet.

I like Merry or Pippin, if they suit him.

Good luck!
