What silly names do you call your cocker

My cocker is called "Angel".  We started calling her "The Angel-cake", it then became "Cake", and now it's "Cakey-face".  We also call her "D'Angelbeast", but that last one has to be said in a cockney accent, for no reason at all .

My last cocker was "Buffy".  We started calling her "The Buffinator", it then became "Woofinator".

Hattie, Hatts, Pumpkin, Sweet pea, Hatstand (so, much hilarity - for us anyway - in puppy class when we say Hattie 'stand'). Also, monster but I'm trying to stop that cos I realised that she was responding to monster as reliably as Hattie!

I don't want to talk out of turn,              but COL has so many new members that a thread like this could surely be seen as a 'new thread'  and not referred back to old threads, or is that wrong?

I didn't say it was wrong - it was just a reminder for people who have already posted that they don't necessarily need to do so again. We know that some subjects come up over and over again but when we've had a long thread on the same subject not so very long ago, it's normal practice for a Mod to post a link to it.

Time is such an odd thing sometimes it seems like weeks , or like you say months ago . I think sometimes you miss a thread and it feels like it's new

And, I had to do my other boy, non-cocker (Lhasa X). Bailey gets... Bai, Bails, Bai-Bai, Baz, Bazi, Bazil. Bailey-boo, muttly... and I'm sure there's more.

Well, Wherry I did on a previous thread but Gizmo is Gizzy, Gizzy mo mo, Mo mo, Mo, Gizzle shizzle, Shizzle, Lickle Pickle, Poppet, Monster mouse and both get called Poopie head, Cuddle pup and Beautiful girl.   

When the dogs are involved other people's name are different too, OH is Tom-Tom, Dad is Rick-Rick etc and my cousin Luke is Your Nougie i.e. 'Where's your Nougie?'

The names I can put on a public forum are Menace (obviously!  ) Dennissimo the italiano cocker spaniale  (must be said in an really bad italian accent!!  ) Snoops (as in Snoop doggie dog!) and Mr Sniff / Sniffy  The worst of it was when my youngest announced to her class at school we had an italian cocker spaniel and the teacher asked me for a photo as she had never seen one!!!
