Both my two have had serious case of attitude the last couple of weeks - a real 'we'll do it when we're good and ready' approach to everything which was really starting to get on my nerves.
However this evening I was out for a couple of hours and OH got back from work and took the dogs out before I got back. I decided to bung Mags in the buggy and go out and try meet him in the forest but I only had a very rough idea of where he'd gone. Firstly, Dave found me
(he doesn't even know where he is himself most of the time
) I'd taken a different track to them but Dave somehow found me and led me back to Mark (OH). Then Mark told me that he'd just seen a deer with it's new born seriously distressed as another dog was showing a lot of interest in the baby fawn and it's owner couldn't get it back. Dave and Normy had spotted it too and were heading over to the fawn (Normy in a full on stalk
) but Mark said the second he realised what was going on he recalled them and they BOTH came straight back and left the deer and her baby well alone
THANK DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So guys, you're forgiven for 'attitude week' just pack it in now please
