Prayer for Parker

Hello all,

It's a long time since I have been on here and I am here now with sad news. Poor Parker is to be put to sleep tomorrow after a valiant fight against a non-regenerative anaemia.

He's had a rough couple of months and I decided that enough is enough and so it is time to say goodbye.  Those of you who know him will be familiar with his massive operations on his back and neck and the way he came through those so well.  Sadly, this is one battle he can't win.

Say a little prayer at 1.20pm tomorrow (Friday) to help speed him to his cloud and his meet up with my dear little Jeeves.

I don't think we've ever spoken, as I only arrived here in January, but I was really moved by your post and just wanted to let you know I'll be saying a special prayer for Parker, and for you, tomorrow.

Aww bless poor Parker  :'( so sorry to hear about your brave boy.  Enjoy your cuddles tonight and know that you are doing the best for your boy  :luv:

It is such a difficult decision to make and my heart goes out to you, enjoy as many cuddles as possible. I will be thinking of you tomorrow. :luv:

I'm sorry you've had to make this decision for Parker, it's heartbreaking when you know that you can do no more  :'( I'm sure he'll have a peaceful passing and will soon be galloping at the Bridge with all the other lovely dogs who are there waiting for us.   :bigarmhug:
