Hi everyone,  not getting the chance to spend much time on the computer these days and when I do I don't get much further than Facebook and the BBC news pages!

However I'm off this week because my son had a planned operation at the end of last week and he's recouperating, he's fine though.

With all the good weather (and time on my hands), I'm out weeding the garden.  Melody is of course outside with me and all I can hear is her chomping away on the grass!

Hi Fiona - we've only got one ratty girl left but she's got a big tumour in her tummy and I'm going to take her to the vet over the coming days  She's still eating and drinking ok and climbing around but she's getting thin and her tumour looks like its getting bigger.  Poor girl.

I haven't been taking many pics recently but here are two I took on my phone.  The one of Melody and me were taken on the May Day long weekend up North in Scourie.  I love walking up there, so does Melly  




This one was taken in the Easter hols.  I was doing a spring clean and had been busy all morning.  I sat down for a quick cuppa and saw Melly and Craig    She was having a fly mooch, something she never normally does but his crisps must have smelled nice ha ha.  I like this pic lots, Craig was nearly 3 when we got Melly and she didn't have much time for him.  Over the years, they have both discovered each other and they're great together.  She loves him and he loves her

We were looking at birds (funnily enough) flying over the loch.  As with most walks up there we were on our own, I had Craig with me whilst the hubby and other 3 children were fishing.
