How many of you use nicknames for you Cockers?
Sammy came to be known as 'The horrible dog'  :o  ;) and answered to Horrible!
In his young days we would come home to the usual Cocker destruction and say -
Oh Sammy, you horrible dog look what you've done now. (then hide our faces and laugh at the innocent look on his face). :D
Hubby would come home from work and say, smiling - Where's that horrible dog?  Sammy would bound into the room and stand looking at him, tail wagging - he called me, he wants me, he might give me a biscuit., and he usually did!
I hasten to add we never really considered him to be horrible, he was our baby and we loved him to bits. :)  :)

Nicknames for Bonnie are as follows:

Bonnie Bonnie Boo Boo
Bon Bon
The Babe
Baby Girl
Minnie the Minx
Minnie the Moocher

Why have my hubbie and I turned into cooing idiots over a little dog? We are more cooey over Bonnie than we were with our son!! (sorry David, still love you - mind you his nickname was "The Gnome"!!!).

These days we are obsessed with dog spotting, a person with a baby walks by - we`re not remotely interested but a person with a dog and we`re there like a shot cooing and fussing! I`m starting to question our sanity??!!   ;)

Endless list in this house to I'm afraid...I actually think people would think we are all certifiable if they heard us and the way we talk to Buttons
At the moment this is what she gets called:

Mrs Barraclough - don't ask me OH calls her that
Sussy Cocker - Usually when she gets cocker smacks on her bum
ButtyBobs - Obviously
ButtyBobbles - Obviously
But-But-But-But-Butty - must be said in a really high pitched voice
Sally Dinkles - OH again

These are just a few and she ansers to all of them, though I think it's the tone of voice more than anything  ;)

In our house Kyro gets the obvious 'sniffer' as they are always sniffin' aren't they.
But the best one is Mr. Tea Bag as when he is drying out from being out in the rain he give off the smell of a used tea bag :D  It's not as bad as it sounds.

Also Suzannes GDad often calls him rasputin - Dont ask?? <_<
Paul - Kyro - Daisy & Cookie (cats)

Well I'll have to wait and see when I get Bella in 12 days' time (not that I'm counting or anything!). But can I add my cats' nicknames?

Taj (his proper name)
TajBaj
Baji bucket
Buckaroo (leading on from the bucket thing)
Bucksfizz
Fizzbomb (leading on from the fizz thing)
Mr Fizz
Tinkerlink (not sure why)
The Boy (because the other cat is a girl)
Piggywig (he loves to sit in the rain and always smells like a little pig when he comes in)

And the other cat:
Ziggy (her proper name)
Zigzag bellysag (or just bellysag)
Big Momma Zig (when she beats Taj up)
Devil cat (she occasionally does this scary, low screeching and turns her head in a very odd way - only ever when she is trying to beat Taj up   )
Sick girl (she likes to wolf down her food then throw it up in several different places)
Luxury Version (she has the most beautiful, thick, black fur and extremely white paws and the cleanest, pinkest pads you've ever seen, unlike Taj who has thin fur and is slightly runty looking!).

I'll be back with Bella nicknames in 2 weeks' time!  :D  :D
